Data Access, Correction, and Deletion
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, submit a request to privacy@helix.com. We will verify your identity before fulfilling the request.
Research Consent
If you previously consented to participate in research, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting your healthcare provider or emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect research that has already been completed.
