The Helix Promotional Card is issued by Helix OpCo, LLC ("Helix", “Our”, “Us” or "We"). By using or accepting the Helix Promotional Card, you acknowledge and accept the following Helix Promotional Card Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), as well as Helix’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.  

The Helix Promotional Card is promotional and is not a gift card and has no cash value. Helix Gift Cards are administered separately and subject to separate terms and conditions which may be viewed here.

Use and Redemption of Your Helix Promotional Card
The Helix Promotional Card is a promotional offer intended for individual use only.  To accept and redeem your Helix Promotional Card you must be 18 years or older, ou must have a Helix account and be a US resident who is 18 years or older. You can create a Helix account at www.helix.com. For more information about creating a Helix account, please read our Terms of Service.   

The Helix Promotional Card is only usable up to the promotional amount displayed on your Helix Promotional Card to purchase goods or services available on helix.com or via the Helix mobile application. Purchases, including any applicable shipping costs and taxes, are deducted from the Helix Promotional Card balance. If you do not redeem the entire value of your Helix Promotional Card offer in one transaction, the remaining amount will remain available for your use until the expiration date that is shown on the front of your Helix Promotional Card.  If your purchase is more than your Helix Promotional Card offer, you will be responsible for paying for any remaining amount due with an alternative payment method in order to complete your purchase.

Restrictions on Use

The Helix Promotional Card may not be used to buy Helix Gift Cards and is not refundable or redeemable for cash unless required by law. The Helix Promotional Card may not be resold without prior consent of Helix.

Helix Promotional Card Limitations and Expiration

Your Helix Promotional Card must be presented at the time of your purchase of goods or services. We reserve the right to refuse to accept or otherwise limit the use of any Helix Promotional Card if we reasonably believe the use is unauthorized or unlawful.  

The promotional value of your Helix Promotional Card is printed on the front of the card. Subsequent use of your Helix Promotional Card will diminish this value by the amount of your purchase. Any unused promotional value expires on the date printed on the front of the Helix Promotional Card and will no longer be valid after the date displayed. Not Reloadable/No Cash Value/Not Transferable

The Helix Promotional Card is an offer of a discount off future purchases, and does not have a monetary value and is not reloadable. Except as required by law, your Helix Promotional Card cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash or other cards.

Lost, Stolen or Used Without Authorization

You are responsible for all transactions associated with your Helix Promotional Card, whether authorized or unauthorized. If your Helix Promotional Card is lost, stolen or used without your permission or authorization, it will not be replaced. You should, therefore, safeguard your Helix Promotional Card.

Limitations of Liability and Damages

We make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Helix Promotional Card, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree that, on any claim arising out of or relating to your use of a Helix Promotional Card or these Terms, recovery of damages shall be limited to actual and direct damages, and may not include any indirect, special, consequential, enhanced, or punitive damages. You hereby waive the right to seek or recover any indirect, special, consequential, enhanced, or punitive damages. The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to, them, their subject matter or their formation will be governed by and construed in accordance with California law, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles and excluding the applicability of United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify or terminate these Terms at any time, by posting notice of such modifications on this website. Any changes or modifications will be effectively immediately upon posting the change. If you use the Helix Promotional Card after we post revised Terms, you acknowledge and agree to the revised Terms.

Purchase of a Helix E-Gift Card

The Helix E-Gift Card may be purchased online at helix.com or via the Helix mobile application. The Helix E-Gift Card is currently available as an electronically transmitted e-gift card.  Physical cards are not available for purchase at this time.

Use of a Helix E-Gift Card

The Helix E-Gift Card is usable up to its balance only to purchase goods or services available on Helix.com and on the Helix mobile application. You must be a US resident who is 18 years or older to redeem your Helix E-Gift Card.

Purchases, including any applicable shipping costs and taxes, are deducted from the Helix E-Gift Card balance. You may continue to use your Helix E-Gift Card until the balance is $0. If your purchase is more than your Helix E-Gift Card value, you will be responsible for paying for any remaining amount due with an alternative payment method.

The Helix E-Gift Card may not be used to buy additional Helix E-Gift Cards and is not refundable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise required by law. The Helix E-Gift Card is not a debit card or credit card and as such, no overdraft protection, deposit account insurance or other protections associated with an insured product is associated with the Helix E-Gift Card. The Helix E-Gift Card may not be resold without prior consent of Helix.

Helix E-Gift Card Limitations

Your Helix E-Gift Card must be presented at the time of your purchase of goods or services. We reserve the right to refuse to accept or otherwise limit the use of any Helix E-Gift Card if we reasonably believe the use is unauthorized or unlawful.

The maximum dollar amount that can be associated with any one Helix E-Gift Card at any given time is $200.00. No single person may purchase Helix E-Gift Cards with a total value of more than $10,000.00 in one 24-hour period.

Expiration and Fees

The value of your Helix E-Gift Card is available in US Dollars only and the initial balance is displayed on your e-gift card as well as in the email notifying you of your Helix E-Gift Card. Subsequent use of your Helix E-Gift Card will diminish this amount by the amount of your purchase.
