Our office seeking a Culture Coordinator who will provide a consistently positive energy to our team members, partners, and other guests. This individual will be a core part of exemplifying, maintaining, and promoting the team culture through weekly, monthly and quarterly recognition events/celebrations. They will be relied on to assist the team with ongoing administrative duties and occasional special projects. An ideal candidate will achieve high quality results through detail-oriented work, enhance operational efficiency by creating and maintaining processes, will be proactive and take initiative in our fast-paced, ever changing environment.

As the Culture Coordinator, you will:

  • Be the voice/face of the company greeting and working with clients/team members by providing a friendly and professional first impression

  • Serve as the company culture ambassador with an ability to communicate the company narrative and values of the organization with partners, customers and employees

  • Plan and coordinate unique and fun employee events, including holiday parties, BBQs, milestone celebrations, offsite workshops, birthdays, work anniversaries, and other company celebratory events

  • Maintain office services by organizing operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions

  • Maintaining office common areas in a presentable and organized manner

  • Keep the leadership team informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends or opportunities to improve

  • Manage and correspond with outsourced vendors and virtual staff

  • Maintain culture handbook and other internal materials

  • Assist facilities with ad hoc tasks

  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed assigned by the executive team such as booking travel, creating packing slips with Fedex, scanning personal invoices, managing calendars and appointments, etc.

Required background:

  • Self-directed individual who loves managing an office

  • Confident, enthusiastic approach to supporting the culture

  • High level of integrity and “EQ”

  • Open and collaborative communicator (excellent verbal and written communication skills)

  • Organized task master who is capable of managing multiple projects and priorities

  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time

  • Strong attention to detail – accuracy and thoroughness is critical

  • Super powers around managing logistical and tactical details

  • Creative and resourceful problem solver

  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Google Applications

  • Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse group of staff and a steady stream of interruptions

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with office management and event planning

  • Work experience in high-tech and/or start-up environment strongly preferred

  • Must be able to lift 35 lbs and move small office furniture around if needed
